Sales pack for a Highmore homes (previously Kenmore homes) housing development in Co Durham.
The project included the naming of two developments, Eden Grange and Heritage Way (brochure comming soon). My idea was to break the convention of selling houses based on the usual 3D representation of the development but rather base it on the scenery around the development.
A photographer who was familiar with the area was sourced and commissioned for both brochures.
